I am not that IDIOT EndeverouX on NextGenUpdate

March 6, 2011 by Stefan Didak 3 Comments
EndeverouX on NextGenUpdate (NGU) and his ONYX 3.56 CFW PS3 is a complete fraud!

The following is a public announcement. On several forums on the internet someone using the nickname EndeverouX, claiming to work on PS3 hacks and something called ONYX 3.56 CFW 3.56, is using the images of my home office in his posts and signatures. It is NOT ME but just some pathetic individual who is often called a fake and a fraud by his peers and who felt it was a good idea to use the images of my home office in the false hope of gaining some credibility from his peers. Needless to say, EndeverouX has now accomplished exactly the opposite because any credibility he might have had is now being taken away as I expose him for the fraud that he truly must be.

CommSupport caught infringing on copyright

CommSupport caught infringing on copyright

CommSupport, a company in England that specializes in Cisco CCNA and CCNP Training is just another company from the “dime a dozen” bunch that end up using my Home Office as decoration on their website because “they didn’t know”. Unfortunately for those on the wrong end of a copyright infringement claim, the excuse of not knowing where an image came from or who it might belong to and who holds the copyright is no excuse and no court would accept that. It’s really very simple. Taking content that may be copyrighted and using it for any purposes, commercial or otherwise, is like putting on a blindfold and walking through a mine-field. Some people might like that extreme sport.

Innovative Consulting Group a fraudulent business of Shami Haq

Innovative Consulting Group a fraudulent business of Shami Haq

I think Aware Bear Computer Repair (i.e. Andre Leite Alves) may have been pushed from its coveted number one position in the office thieves’ hall of shame by a company called Innovative Consulting Group (using the domain name groupiconsulting.com), founded and co-owned by the very unreliable and suspicious Ihtisham (Shami) Ul Haq. For the record, I have nothing to do with this fraudulent and illegally operating international ‘company’ called ICG, nor do I have any stake in any activity that either promotes, endorses, or encourages the outsourcing of software development (or any other such) activities.

The New OFFICE THIEVES Website

Most of you who have followed my blog for a while will no doubt have noticed it’s starting to fill up with all these idiots, morons, creeps, and other forms of irresponsible companies that have used images of my home office for their marketing or other motives. I’ve been getting a bit tired having all that on my site so instead dedicated a completely new “sister” site to it instead that has gone live today. So I proudly present to you The Home Office Thieves Hall Of Shame.

Broadcast Graphics company Astucemedia caught stealing content!

December 10, 2010 by Stefan Didak Leave a Comment
Copyright Infringement: Astucemedia (a company by Alexandre Leclerc) using stolen content.

A mutual client (which remains nameless) of Astucemedia and more recently of yours truly asked me what my involvement with them was. None, of course. After a few seconds of confusion and further communication it was pointed out to me that my office was prominently displayed on their website. What a great move, using my office on your site, this client now has doubts about the professionalism of Atucemedia and I most certainly agree with the client on that. How’s that for being stupid… unless it wasn’t mere stupidity?

Introducing office impersonator David Dik of Linado

December 5, 2010 by Stefan Didak 2 Comments
David Dik a web designer who fraudulently pasted himself into an environment that isn't his

The above image was discovered on the about page of Linado. A website still under construction with a domain that is registered to David Dik on Zum Laakkanal 4 in Rostock, Germany. Further research shows that David Dik either is, or pretends to be, a web designer of some sort that resides in Germany but appears to prefer the Russian language for his website and has links to places like this and this which appears to be sites about Kabbalah “the science and purpose of life”. I’m not sure whether David Dik has found his purpose in life but at this point in time I would have to conclude that David Dik’s purpose in life is to become known as a fraud and a pretender who likes to impress his potential clients with an office that’s not his, instead of his (perhaps incredibly lacking?) web design skills.

Transworld International Youth Organization Scam?

March 16, 2009 by Stefan Didak 16 Comments
Transworld International Youth Organization IS A TOTAL SCAM

What strikes me as really funny, and is perhaps related to someone not paying attention. The www.stefandidak.com URL is part of the office photo because it links directly to one of the images on my site. If you’ve come to my site with questions about Transworld International Youth Organization or Prof. William Kim Higgins because you saw my URL in what they claim is their “head office” picture then I’m afraid I can’t help you. I have no idea who that is or what that organization is trying to do but I can tell you, it isn’t anything good and you are likely to lose information or money to this organization and the scam they are running. Needless to say, I have absolutely nothing to do with these crooks.

Andre Alves (Aware Bear) misuse of the DMCA against my blog post

November 12, 2008 by Stefan Didak 27 Comments
Aware Bear Computers Rochester Pittsford New York, unreliable fraudulent scammer

Andre Alves has attempted to misuse (abuse) the DMCA in order to get my story of his fraudulent actions removed from the internet. In order to attempt that this little Aware Bear sent a DMCA complaint to a domain registrar where stefandidak.com, my domain, is registered. Unfortunately it once again shows that Andre Leite Alves has no clue about the law, in any way shape or form, and had no legal assistance in the process of writing that DMCA complaint (the plethora of errors and missing words in there is very similar to his hasted reply after I first confronted him with a demand he immediately stops using my material for his personal gains and business activities). It is starting to be clear that Andre Leite Alves is an amateur in every respect. Anyway, for your enjoyment and education I present to you the DMCA complaint as it was sent to the domain registrar. Needless to say, all the errors and mistakes are verbatim and by Andre Alves. I wonder if he will attempt to claim copyright on his DMCA complaint too now.

AwareBear Andre Leite Alves: Irresponsible, Unprofessional, Careless!

October 17, 2008 by Stefan Didak 74 Comments
AwareBear Computers Rochester Pittsford New York Unreliable and Fraudulent

How pathetic must a person and its business be when they feel a need to paste themselves into a picture of my office and use it for their commercial purposes? The person you see Photoshopped (pasted) into the photograph of my home office is NOT ME. Why it isn’t me will become obvious when you read the following story regarding a case of blatantly pathetic commercial copyright infringement committed by AwareBear Computers (Pittsford Rochester New York, owned by Andre Leite Alves). The company, “Aware Bear” (home theater solutions, apple repair, pc repair, web design, and wedding photography), owned and run by Mr. Andre Leite Alves (not “Arthur Leite” which was used as the name to sign previous communications in a miserable attempt to ensure a court summons would be drawn up for the wrong name) claims to have been in business since 1993, has over 15 years of computer experience, and is serving the area of Rochester, NY (New York) and Pittsford, NY. Evidently, they haven’t learned much about legal matters and copyrights during that time.

Amusing copyright infringement

April 4, 2007 by Stefan Didak Leave a Comment
bmhelli1s

Two days ago a friend of mine alerted me to a video he saw on a web portal of an ISP that had started a video service for its customers that is similar to YouTube and Google Video. One of the videos there, uploaded by a user that goes by the name of “bmhelli” (according to this and his website, Bernard Marius Hellinga a.k.a. Bernard Helli. from a town called Ermelo in The Netherlands) contained two TV commercials that were appended together. One introducing some kind of big hamburger, the other commercial being of a topless woman acting out stereotypical male behavior.
