It's free... and you want support?

Because the Ignytion Windows Layout Manager has been released to the public as free software you can expect some level of technical support but not the same level of support as you would expect, and righteously so, from commercial software. If you experience problems while using Windows Layout Manager, speak up. Bear in mind that technical support is provided on a best effort basis which means that responses might be slow at times.

Before you contact technical support

•	Check whether you have the most recent version of the Windows Layout Manager.

•	Check whether the information you need is not already available in the Help file.

•	Check whether you are contacting the correct company!

•	Check whether the computer is plugged in?
