Where's your window?
The window locator assists in locating and investigating the windows on your desktop.
It either shows matching windows when using the match function from the window editor or it allows you to pick a window so it can automatically fill in the details in your window definition (when using the find function). Each window will also show you its basic details in the pane at the bottom of the window locator.
You can change the filter that is used to scan through all the windows and use the refresh button to update the list of windows but keep in mind that this filter will not automatically change the filter options for your window or layout. You will have to do this manually. By default the window locator will use the default detection options specified in the application configuration.
