The New OFFICE THIEVES WebsiteMost of you who have followed my blog for a while will no doubt have noticed it’s starting to fill up with all these idiots, morons, creeps, and other forms of irresponsible companies that have used images of my home office for their marketing or other motives. I’ve been getting a bit tired having all that on my site so instead dedicated a completely new “sister” site to it instead that has gone live today. So I proudly present to you The Home Office Thieves Hall Of Shame.

http://officethieves.com/

Right now it contains twelve copyright infringers and the stories that go along with them. Several with whom financial settlements had been reached aren’t on there, though. Some new ones you’ve not seen mentioned on my blog before are:

  • Ros (Rosalyn) Kaspi of Travel Ventures International
  • Queensland Connectors & Cables, Australia
  • CyberNet Charleston, South Carolina, USA
  • Louis Darling, a really outrageous case of false pretenses

Be sure to keep an eye on the new site for any new “contestants” for the award of the worst offender, ugliest mug, and various other fun categories. There’s a potential one in the pipeline right now in which we’re discussing a $25.000 settlement offer and I have a feeling that this new contestant might actually be on par with the extreme humiliation and embarrassment of Andre Leite Alves of Aware Bear Computers in Pittsford, NY.

Beware of Copyright

Read all about how AwareBear, a company owned by Andre Leite Alves, stole one of my pictures, pasted himself in it, and used it on their computer repair brochures.
