I know, it’s been long overdue. But I’ve finally got to the editing of the pictures. Selecting the images for the “making of” section has really been a pain in the butt because there were so many and I have to pick the right images to reflect the things I’ll be writing about (and hopefully explaining).
Tonight, and possibly tomorrow night I am going to shoot the night-time pictures, which is easier said than done because it still involves setting up some flashes and lighting to make the pictures actually reflect what it really looks like. With lots of reflective surfaces and areas of extremely low and high contrast (the environment versus the light emitted from the monitors) taking these shots is not as straightforward and easy a task as it might look. But I’m confident they will come out just fine since I had a few test runs over the past months. Unfortunately none of those yielded any useful images. Plus I bailed out on taking them because the 9 months of hot summer here are no fun when lighting things up, having all monitors running, the airconditioners cranking at full blast, etc. So stay tuned and here’s a little teaser of one of the day-time pictures. OK, and one of the really dark “LED Galore” night-time ones also.
Wow!! Excellent 🙂
Awesome. Can’t wait to see!
Can’t wait to see Stefan!
Hello Mr Didak!
Undoubtedly a great job. A more professional, and certainly well planned space, like you led us to follow. A very good result, I liked.
I regret that in the area of servers has not been possible to keep the old office, but that’s how things go, forward.
New machines with fantastic specifications! Some do not show up, as you say, but out of curiosity, where are they?
Good work!

Thanks. It took a while to get the pictures up but finally I can scratch that off my todo list. 🙂
The other stuff not pictured is in my wife’s office, different room, next to mine.
I feel envy!!!!!!
